Connecting wine to emotion now seems so obvious, and yet I hadn't ever really thought about it in those terms. moving away from the technical aspect of wine, however brief, is so brilliant. We "interact" with wine the same as we do the people in our lives, family or friends. If you meet another human being that is fantastic and stirs your interest and draws you in. Stephanie, I think you "raise" wine, the way you would a child. You feed them, give them light, encouragement, nourishment, love, and then send them out into the world.
